Job summary

Quess Selection & Services Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Senior Business Analyst (Enterprise Architecture) to lead EA initiatives, develop standards, and drive digital transformation across business units.

You will maintain the EA repository, develop and enhance modelling standards (DoDAF/TOGAF), run training sessions, provide guidance to stakeholders, create reports, and support change management and communications.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems, Information Resource Management (or equivalent).
Conversant in EA requirements and modelling standards.
Familiar with DoDAF and/or TOGAF frameworks.
Knowledge and skills to use EA tools such as ARIS.
Strong English language, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Good interpersonal skills, highly organized, team player.
Proactive, responsible, resourceful and independent.
Proficient in Office suites including Excel.

Responsibilities

Support digital transformation development and delivery and EA standards/framework development.
Develop EA standards and frameworks; review/enhance modelling standards.
Proliferate EA; maintain repository content, generate reports, build templates and scripts.
Provide regular EA training; prepare content and issue attendance certificates.
Render EA guidance and briefings to Authority nominated parties.
Assist change management and digital communications; design packages and run briefings/workshops.
Lead, plan, and monitor EA operations and digital transformation progress.
Submit monthly progress reports and support management/external agencies.
Oversee and guide junior staff in EA and related matters.
