Job summary

Hong Kong Unison Limited is seeking a hands‑on Business Analyst for the Enterprise Architecture Tool in Singapore. You will bridge EA stakeholders, application teams and the delivery team to translate business needs into backlog items and ensure quality and governance.

You will work in a multidisciplinary product team, with strong analytical and communication skills, delivering clear progress updates and maintaining thorough artefacts and acceptance criteria.

Qualifications

• Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, user story creation, acceptance criteria definition and backlog refinement.
• Strong proficiency in Object‑Oriented Analysis and Design, creating and maintaining conceptual data models, class diagrams, and ERDs from ambiguous business requirements.
• Practical experience creating test scenarios and test cases, supporting user acceptance testing, tracking defects and validating fixes.
• Good understanding of release management activities, including release readiness, deployment coordination, live verification and post‑release follow‑up.
• Ability to translate design discussions into clear prototypes or wireframes using Figma, AI‑assisted prototyping tools or similar design platforms.

Responsibilities

• Participate actively in EA Tool product design discussions, workshops and backlog refinement sessions.
• Create, refine and maintain user stories throughout the product lifecycle, documenting scope, dependencies, rules and outcomes.
• Develop prototypes, wireframes and screen concepts using AI‑assisted tools to clarify requirements and accelerate feedback.
• Prepare test scenarios and detailed test cases with traceability to requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, testing and support teams to confirm release readiness and live verification.
