Job summary

MINDS is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Applications to lead the strategy, operation, and evolution of its enterprise application portfolio, including ERP, HRMS, CMS, e-Procurement, VDMS and LMS. You will bridge HR, finance and operations, guiding staff and vendors to deliver scalable solutions with strong data governance.

You will drive end-to-end SaaS rollouts, upgrades and integrations while ensuring PDPA compliance and IT controls across departments.

Qualifications

• At least 8–10 years in enterprise application management.
• Experience leading end-to-end SaaS implementations.
• 3+ years of team leadership or supervision.
• Strong domain familiarity with HR processes and payroll workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategy, operation and evolution of MINDS' enterprise app portfolio.
• Lead end-to-end SaaS deployments, upgrades, and cross-system integrations.
• Manage AMS/SaaS vendors, SLAs, and project timelines.
• Ensure data integrity, PDPA compliance and IT governance.
• Partner with HR, Finance and Ops to align business needs with technology.
