Job summary

Blue Ocean Systems Infotech Lte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced leader to manage and oversee enterprise applications, including SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur, and Microsoft Power Platform, across global rollouts.

You will drive the application lifecycle from implementation to upgrades and integrations, collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT, ensure security and governance, and lead automation, reporting, and analytics initiatives using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in enterprise application management.
• Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Time, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with SAP Concur (Travel & Expense).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Experience in integration projects (SAP CPI, APIs, middleware).
• Solid background in project management, requirement analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
