Job summary

PRUDENT HEALTHCARE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an ENT Nurse for a busy private-practice setting. You will assist with ENT and facial plastic procedures, coordinate investigations and surgery, and support insurance and LOG workflows while delivering clear, reassuring care to patients.

The ideal candidate is proactive, calm under pressure and able to multitask across clinical and administrative duties in a small team.

Qualifications

• Current Singapore Nursing Board registration with a valid Practising Certificate.
• Experience in ENT or facial plastic surgery is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-service mindset.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance and client-facing demeanour.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and follow through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Assist doctors during ENT and facial plastic consultations and procedures.
• Coordinate investigations, surgery bookings and post-op follow-ups.
• Support insurance workflows, LOGs and pre-authorisations where needed.
• Provide clear pre/post-procedure instructions to patients.
• Maintain EMR/clinic documentation and ensure room readiness.
