PRIVATE FACIAL PLASTIC SURGERY PRACTICE SINGAPORE is seeking a Plastic Surgery Nurse Manager. This senior, hands-on clinical leadership role will help build an exceptional surgical practice from the ground up.

The position is full-time and reports to the Consultant Surgeon and Clinical Governance Officer. The ideal candidate is an experienced Registered Nurse registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) and is motivated to drive clinical excellence, patient safety and efficient nursing

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with SNB registration.
• Experience in clinical leadership or management preferred.
• Nursing leadership for a surgical practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the nursing team.
• Oversee clinical governance and patient safety.
• Support the development of the surgical practice from inception.
