Precision ENT Specialists Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a motivated individual to join as a clinical procedure assistant in our busy clinic.

You will be in patient consults with the doctor, transcribe the consult in real time, and assist in all clinic procedures while also handling dispensing, patient care instructions, finalising billing, and scheduling the next appointment. You will prepare financial estimates for surgeries, liaise with insurers, coordinate with third-party vendors, answer

Responsibilities

• Be in patient consult with Doctor
• Transcribe the consult as it is happening
• Assist in all clinic procedures
• Follow through with dispensing medication, giving care instructions to patients, finalising the bill, process payment for the patient, making next appointment
• Prepare financial estimates for surgeries by being clear about the various insurance programs and rates
• Prepare documentation to apply for letter of guarantee where required
• Email and liaise with insurance company where required
• Coordinate appointments with 3rd party vendors/radiology departments etc
• Take appointments on phone, WhatsApp
• Rotational man the company mobile phone on weekends
• Submit Mediclaim forms on the system
• General filing and paperwork in the clinic
