Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Eight+ years of engineering experience including technical leadership or team development.
• Experience in wellhead, subsea tooling, PCC, or related application fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Customer Application Engineering team with priorities and capability.
• Provide technical leadership and governance for ITO opportunities across SSWE and subsea tooling.
• Translate customer requirements into compliant, competitive solutions with clear scope and risks.
• Review and approve tender deliverables: technical proposals, BOMs, drawings, and specs.
• Align global experts to address complex opportunities and equipment interfaces.
• Lead customer technical engagement and partner with Sales on scope and tender strategy.
• Confirm executability with Projects, Services, Manufacturing, Quality, and Sourcing.
• Ensure effective ITO-to-OTR handover and drive quality and continuous improvement.
