Job summary

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of software engineering experience (banking/FS preferred).
• 2-5 years of experience leading teams of 12-20 engineers.
• Experience delivering Loan Origination Systems or digital lending platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional squad of 12-20 engineers, coaching and mentorship while delivering end-to-end Loan Origination solutions (compliance screening, credit assessment, workflow orchestration, document management).
• Provide hands-on technical leadership with Java and API-driven architectures, drive automation and testing practices across the squad.
• Champion CI/CD practices (Jenkins, GitLab) for controlled, secure deployments with integrated testing and security checks.
• Ensure data integrity via SQL/database validation and collaborate with business, operations, and regulatory stakeholders while maintaining audit traceability.
