Job summary

SIGMA CABLE COMPANY (PRIVATE) LIMITED seeks a Project Coordinator to plan, manage and monitor electrical projects on-site, coordinating with site supervisors, sub-contractors and customers to meet milestones safely and on time.

Responsibilities include inventory control, arranging tests, enforcing MOM safety standards, preparing reports and drawings for Manager approval, and liaising with clients. A Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 3 years of relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-driven and a team player; able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and AutoCAD.

Job description

• Monitor project inventory and place orders for timely replenishment

• Arrange for testings in accordance to project progress requirements

• Manage and enforce project safety practices on sites to meet client requirements and Ministry of Manpower (MOM) safety standards.

• Resolve issues or complaints on site with site personnel, regulatory authorities and/or members of the public.

• Organise, compile and submit reports for administration and customers’ approval

• Prepare and check drawings for Project Manager’s approval

• Liaise with customers on the project related matters

• Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• At least Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 3 years of relevant experience
