Job summary

POET TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an engineer to support wafer processing and quality inspections across engineering functions. You will perform lithography steps, coordinate process development, and ensure Cp/Cpk monitoring to sustain process stability.

The role involves developing new optoelectronics IC products, applying advanced techniques, documenting analyses, and collaborating with R&D, Quality and Operations. Fresh graduates welcome; 5–10 years experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform wafer processes such as lithography (Coat, Expose, Develop) and lift-off.
• Coordinate and monitor development to track Cp/Cpk and process stability.
• Develop and process new optoelectronics integrated circuits products to meet design goals and requirements.
• Apply state-of-the-art techniques to develop new or improved products and processes.
• Prepares reports on analyses, findings, and project progress; upkeep all process design documentation.
• Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology; participates in special projects as required.
• All other reasonable duties, as assigned.

Job Summary

To support in the performance of Engineering functions such as wafer processing and performing quality inspections and other activities that may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform wafer processes such as lithography (Coat, Expose, Develop) and lift-off.
• Coordinate and process development monitoring product dies at regular interval to track process stability, Cp/Cpk.
• Develop and process new optoelectronics integrated circuits products to meet design goals and requirements.
• Apply state-of-the-art techniques to develop new or improved productsand processes.
• Prepares reports on analyses, findings, and project progress. Upkeep all process design documentation.
• Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned. Participates in special projects as required.
• All other reasonable duties, as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-10years of experience.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge and interest in silicon processing, photonics would be a plus.
• Possesses strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality and Operations.
• Familiarity with MS Office, data analysis tools such as JMP
