Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or Computer Engineering.
• Experience in silicon validation and failure analysis.
• Proficiency in C/C++, Python and Perl.
• Experience with ATE test programs (Teradyne/Advantest) is a plus.
• Strong problem solving and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute functional and design validation flows for RG NAND devices.
• Develop and maintain test program infrastructure and sequence generators.
• Implement automation frameworks using C-based languages, Python and Perl.
• Apply AI/ML techniques to accelerate failure triage and root-cause analysis.
• Perform electrical failure analysis and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
