Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in silicon validation and design validation.
• Proficiency in software development and scripting (C/C++, Python, Perl).
• Ability to apply AI/ML for test analytics and defect pattern analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute functional and design validation flows for RG NAND devices using silicon platforms.
• Develop and maintain test program infrastructure and deterministic/random tests.
• Implement automation frameworks to improve test development and execution efficiency.
• Apply AI/ML-assisted techniques for failure triage, pattern recognition, and coverage gaps.
• Use data-driven dashboards to track validation progress and defect trends.
• Perform electrical failure analysis and root-cause investigations with cross-functional teams.
