Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Senior/Staff/Principal Engineer for the Procurement and Operations Central Teams (PROCT) and Advanced Development Team (ADT). The role focuses on early maturity of new products, improving yield, quality, and cost reductions to support the manufacturing strategy.

Candidates should have 5–7+ years in semiconductor processing and hardware, with experience in Etch/Films/Planarization, SPC, and AI workflow development. International travel is expected.

Qualifications

PhD / Masters / Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field.
Experience in semiconductor process development/optimization and hardware.
Strong data analysis and experimental design skills, SPC knowledge.

Responsibilities

Collaborate to align manufacturing roadmap with forward technology paths.
Engage suppliers and internal teams to meet strategic objectives.
Improve performance and enable qualification of new products.
Ensure process safety and risk mitigation with EHSS teams.
Develop models for unit process and module level road mapping.
Apply AI concepts/LLM/AI agents to workflows.
