Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks a Senior Engineer for APTD Operations (Evergreen) to drive technology development and engineering builds in partnership with process, equipment, and manufacturing teams.

You will define build plans, align schedules, forecast materials and resources, and optimize logistics to minimize waste and delays. Strong communication, leadership, and 3–5+ years in semiconductor manufacturing are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years in Semiconductor Frontend/Backend Manufacturing; HBMs preferred.
• Experience in Project/Process Integration, Ops Management, or Process Engineering.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle technology development and engineering builds with cross‑functional teams.
• Define and execute build plans, milestones, and schedules with stakeholders.
• Forecast resources, materials, and costs; monitor progress and risks.
• Coordinate engineering builds and APTD operations to standards and processes.
• Lead improvement initiatives and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Centralize project docs using SharePoint/Confluence and ensure deliverables meet requirements.
