yorkool private limited in Singapore seeks a capable project coordinator to study project scope, plan schedules, allocate manpower, and organize site work.

You will liaise with customers, suppliers and subcontractors, monitor schedule and budget deviations, train team members, and ensure on-site compliance with ISO9000, ISO14000 and OHSAS 18000.

Responsabilidades

• Study and analysis project scope, including doing the necessary calculations
• Job planning, scheduling, manpower allocation, organizing site work
• Highlighting deviation from schedule, follow up with necessary paperwork
• Liaising and maintaining good business relation with customers, suppliers, sub-contractors
• Highlight deviation of job budget. To follow up with progress claim in timelymanner
• Training team members in the course of work
• Ensuring that the on-site job follow requirements of ISO9000, ISO14000 and OHSAS 18000
• Assist intenders when required
