Job summary

Job Description

1. Review awarded scope, quotation, drawings, specifications and customer requirements.
2. Assist with project schedules and target completion dates.
3. Coordinate with Design/Technical on drawings, calculations and BQ.
4. Coordinate requirements with Production, Operations and Supply Chain.
5. Conduct site surveys and identify site constraints.
6. Prepare/support Method Statements and project documentation.
7. Coordinate with QSH on RA, PTW and safety requirements.
8. Liaise with customers, main contractors, consultants, PE/LEW and subcontractors where required.
9. Monitor production and site progress against project schedule.
10. Coordinate site access, installation requirements, lifting arrangements and deliveries.
11. Support supervision of OSG workers/subcontractors deployed to customer sites.
12. Identify delays, technical problems and resource constraints and escalating promptly.
13. Maintain Job Order/project records and progress updates.
14. Record customer changes and potential Variation Orders before additional work proceeds.
15. Assist with testing, inspection, handover and defect rectification.
16. Maintain project documentation through project closure.
