Job summary

TOPAZ E&I PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a site coordination professional to ensure construction works strictly follow specifications and drawings.

You will coordinate with consultants and sub-contractors to resolve technical issues and prepare essential project documents. The role involves producing coordination drawings, conducting reviews of design drawings, and maintaining document control while ensuring quality and safety on site, with regular client and contractor meetings to keep

Responsibilities

• Study of construction drawings details and coordinate with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical/site issues.
• Ensure that works on site are carried out according to specifications/drawings.
• Produce coordination drawings and check drawings discrepancies.
• Carry out project planning, materials requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
• Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with.
• Attend meetings.
• To attend regular meetings with clients representative, consultants and contractors and ensure the progress is on schedule
• To Prepare Plan and submit project related documents, such as schedules, method statement, Risk Assessment, monthly report.
• To establish proper and effective document control system, maintain and conduct review s of details design drawings, project documents and specifications.
