JLL in Singapore seeks a Senior Sustainability Consultant to lead energy optimization and building performance across Singapore's real estate portfolio, applying mechanical and electrical engineering expertise to decarbonization audits and ECM implementation.

You will analyze BMS data, manage energy projects, and support Green Mark certifications while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver measurable carbon reductions and advance your career with a global leader.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Building Services Engineering.
• Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) - Essential
• GMAP (Green Mark Accredited Professional) or GMAAP certification - Essential
• 3–5 years hands-on Energy Audit/Management and building performance experience
• Experience with Level-III energy audits or equivalent assessments
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, BMS, and energy/power monitoring systems
• Legal right to work in Singapore

Aufgaben

• Lead on-site energy efficiency audits across HVAC, boilers, lighting, and equipment to identify ECMs
• Analyze BMS and M&V data to evaluate operations and develop data-driven recommendations
• Manage energy improvement projects from concept to implementation and monitor savings
• Prepare technical reports and presentations communicating findings and cost-benefit analyses
• Support Green Mark certification projects with technical expertise and submissions
• Perform sensor verification and prepare regulatory-compliant reports
• Provide consultative guidance on energy management and sustainability opportunities
