JLL in Singapore is seeking a Lead Engineer to drive innovative engineering solutions across facilities management. You will oversee critical building systems, manage EHS and risk, and coordinate with Account Leads to ensure operational excellence and compliance.

You will lead maintenance programs, manage subcontractors, and advocate sustainable, efficient building operations across a diverse portfolio. This on-site role offers the chance to shape safer, smarter workplaces for clients.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in facilities engineering or property management with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
• Experience managing computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Demonstrated expertise in environmental health and safety regulations and compliance.
• Proven track record in contract management and subcontractor oversight.
• Knowledge of asset lifecycle management and preventive maintenance programs.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Account Lead with tenant liaison activities and resolve property-related issues promptly.
• Oversee contract compliance, risk management, and adherence to security guidelines including badge processes.
• Develop environmental health and safety programs and lead EHS training for the team.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and coordinate regular EHS training.
• Implement and maintain CMMS for tracking work orders and assets.
• Provide accountability for helpdesk administration, end-user forums, and complaint management systems.
• Develop asset management strategies for hard services with lifecycle planning.
• Direct preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance across properties.
• Manage subcontractor performance and ensure contract compliance.
• Oversee hazardous materials management and disposal activities.
• Maintain asset histories in client systems.
