Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on energy audit, management and building performance experience.
• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
• SCEM and GMAP/GMAAP certifications are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site energy audits across HVAC, lighting and mechanical/electrical systems.
• Analyze BMS data and trend results to define optimization opportunities.
• Manage energy improvement projects from concept to implementation.
• Prepare technical reports with cost-benefit analyses for clients.
• Support Green Mark certification submissions and compliance.
