Ridik Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced SCCM/MECM administrator to join our endpoint management team. You will design and operate SCCM infrastructure across multiple sites, ensuring efficient software deployment and consistent configuration management.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in SCCM, strong Windows Server expertise, and a collaborative, documentation-driven approach to security hardening and change control.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience with SCCM/MECM administration and architecture.
• Strong expertise in Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).
• Proven experience with SCCM infrastructure design, including Distribution Points, Management Points, and Site Systems.
• Solid understanding of application packaging and deployment using SCCM.
• Experience with security hardening and compliance frameworks (STIG, CIS benchmarks).
• PowerShell scripting for automation and operational tasks.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, firewalls, VLANs) as they relate to endpoint management.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across technical teams.
