Job summary

IDC TECHNOLOGIES (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced SCCM/Endpoint Administrator to manage and architect SCCM/MECM environments in a Singapore-based setting.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on experience, strong Windows Server expertise, and the ability to design infrastructure components such as Distribution Points and Site Systems. Proficiency in PowerShell and collaboration across IT teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SCCM/MECM administration and architecture.
• Strong expertise in Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).
• Experience designing SCCM infrastructure including Distribution Points and Site Systems.
• Proficiency in application packaging and deployment using SCCM.
• Familiarity with security hardening and compliance frameworks (STIG, CIS).
• PowerShell scripting for automation and operations.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals as they relate to endpoint management.
• Analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for SCCM/MECM administration and architecture.

Job description

Responsibilities

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SCCM/MECM administration and architecture
• Strong expertise in Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022)
• Proven experience with SCCM infrastructure design , including Distribution Points, Management Points, and Site Systems
• Solid understanding of application packaging and deployment using SCCM
• Experience with security hardening and compliance frameworks (STIG, CIS benchmarks)
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and operational tasks
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, firewalls, VLANs) as they relate to endpoint management
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with hybrid cloud endpoint management (Intune, Co-Management)
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices
• Knowledge of patch management and vulnerability remediation processes
• Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy management
• Understanding of ITIL frameworks and change management processes
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate or equivalent
• Experience managing multi-site, regional SCCM deployments
• Background in project management or technical leadership roles
