Job summary

Qualifications

• End-user endpoints and large-scale SCCM/MECM management experience.
• Experience upgrading Windows Server 2016 to 2022.
• Knowledge of database hardening and STIG compliance.
• Experience managing Distribution Points (DPs) and packaging workflows.
• Ability to document architectures, SOPs, and frameworks.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Professional Microsoft certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead SCCM infrastructure maintenance, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
• Hardening database and STIG compliance.
• Maintain SCCM architecture docs, engineering frameworks, and SOPs.
• Manage packaging and deployment controls for secure software distribution.
• Upgrade Windows Server 2016 to 2022 in SCCM environment.
• Oversee Distribution Points (DPs) deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate with security and risk teams to align endpoint engineering with global banking standards.
