Ambition is seeking a seasoned employment law professional to join its in-house Legal team. The role partners with senior leaders and HR across Asia Pacific to provide strategic counsel on complex employment matters and contribute to regional initiatives.

You will advise on employee relations, investigations, restructurings, and regulatory matters, while overseeing disputes and guiding policy enhancements across markets.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified lawyer with admission to practice in at least one jurisdiction.
• 10+ years of employment law experience, ideally both private practice and in-house.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation across APAC markets.
• Experience handling complex disputes, investigations and sensitive workforce issues.
• Experience advising senior management and with M&A or restructurings.
