Job summary

Remotecom is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions, to independently manage all external employee exits with a focus on compliance and quality. You will provide first-level ER support, guide clients through workplace concerns, and coordinate resources.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the lifecycle.
• Proven experience independently managing exits (voluntary/involuntary) with legal compliance across jurisdictions.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, progressive discipline, and workplace investigations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve complex end-to-end employee exits across international jurisdictions while ensuring compliance.
• Provide HR guidance on terminations, resignations, transfers, and related processes.
• Lead meetings with clients and external employees; coordinate with payroll, legal, and benefits teams.
