Job summary

UL Solutions seeks a Lead EMC Testing Engineer in Singapore to manage complex projects from planning through reporting. You will develop test plans, analyze results, and prepare technical reports while acting as a technical expert for EMC standards.

You will mentor junior staff, optimize laboratory operations, and collaborate with customers to ensure timely, high-quality service while upholding safety and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in EMC testing or lab operations.
• Strong knowledge of EMC standards and procedures.
• Experience mentoring technical teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex EMC testing projects from planning through reporting.
• Develop test plans, analyze results, and prepare accurate technical reports.
• Serve as a technical expert for EMC standards, testing methodologies, and laboratory operations.
• Communicate with customers throughout the testing process and provide technical guidance.
• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and calibrate advanced EMC test equipment.
• Mentor and train junior laboratory personnel on testing procedures and best practices.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and laboratory efficiency.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, with high quality and exceptional customer service.
• Support compliance with safety, security, and quality requirements.
