Job summary

RECRUIT EXPERT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Laboratory Engineer to develop, implement and validate chemical and physical testing methods supporting both laboratory and manufacturing needs.

You will lead equipment installations, method qualification, and validation activities. You will also plan testing capacity, investigate deviations, and prepare technical reports while supporting production problem-solving with analytical techniques and coordinating cross-site testing and round-robin

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant laboratory experience, within a semiconductor or manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of analytical techniques, particularly trace metals analysis.
• Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), ISO/IEC 17025 and Measurement System Analysis (MSA).
• Strong analytical, investigation and technical reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and validate chemical and physical testing methods to support laboratory and manufacturing requirements.
• Lead new laboratory equipment installation, method qualification and validation activities.
• Plan testing capacity and resources based on operational requirements, ensuring timely completion of laboratory activities.
