Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Singapore PTE. LTD. seeks a Regulatory (EMC) Engineer to drive global EMC compliance across our hardware product lines. You will lead testing, debugging, and collaboration with design teams to ensure on-time certifications.

You will partner with labs and external agencies, manage risk early in design, and optimize testing strategies to balance cost and time-to-market in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in technical EMC compliance, preferably in a lab or product development environment.
• Strong understanding of pre- and post-compliance processes, standards, and emerging regulatory requirements.
• Hands-on experience with EMC testing, debugging, and mitigation techniques.
• Experience supporting at least two new product introductions (NPI) with focus on EMC design and issue resolution.
• Ability to manage relationships with external test houses and certification agencies.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical EMC compliance to meet global market, regulatory, and country-specific requirements.
• Identify and mitigate compliance risks early in the design cycle, reducing late-stage failures.
• Lead and contribute to EMC debugging, and mitigation strategies.
• Perform and guide validation and compliance testing throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Optimize compliance test strategies and costs while supporting aggressive time-to-market goals.
• Partner with design teams to implement design-for-EMC best practices.
• Collaborate with labs, cross-functional engineering teams, and external partners to ensure successful certification.
