Job summary

ST Engineering Advanced Networks & Sensors is seeking a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to design, develop, integrate, test, and improve reliable software for embedded and connected products. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into robust, production-ready software.

Role requires strong C/C++ and real-time systems expertise, with focus on secure coding, hardware-software integration, and scalable architectures.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years' experience in embedded, firmware, real-time, or systems software development.
Knowledge in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Robotics, or related discipline.
Strong technical leadership and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain embedded software, firmware, device drivers, BSPs, middleware, and real-time applications.
Integrate embedded software with processors, sensors, actuators, and communication modules; perform bring-up and debugging.
Develop and execute unit, integration, system, SIL, and HIL testing; build CI pipelines.
Apply secure coding practices and support software release, deployment, and lifecycle activities.
Lead technical design reviews, mentor engineers, and collaborate across Agile teams.
