Job summary

ST Engineering is seeking a Software Developer to design, develop, test, and enhance mission-critical software for Defence and Public Security projects. You will work on agile teams, implement robust applications, and ensure compliance and documentation standards across a multi-region footprint.

You will contribute to scrum-based workflows, collaborate with users and customers, and deliver reliable software that meets evolving mission needs while upholding ST Engineering's values and quality

Qualifications

Experience in agile software development and delivering end-to-end software solutions.
Hands-on programming experience across modern web/mobile stacks.
Ability to guide a team in scrum processes and collaborate with stakeholders.
Strong documentation and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Guide the team in scrum processes and engage with users and customers.
Build efficient software programs and systems that meet user needs.
Support new software enhancements and system configurations.
Write clean, scalable code and ensure quality through tests and QA.
