Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in CS/CE/EE with firmware focus or equivalent.
- 7+ years in embedded firmware development with C/C++.
- Experience with CI/CD using Git and related tools.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum/SAFe practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and evolution of system-level firmware platforms.
- Define roadmaps and reusable frameworks across product families.
- Design firmware subsystems optimizing performance, memory, reliability, and security.
- Mentor firmware engineers and lead reviews across teams.
- Collaborate with global partners on architecture decisions and strategy.
