Job summary

Julian Grey, a security and protection solutions provider, is seeking a project coordinator to manage end-to-end project execution on site, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and objectives are met. You will coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders; act as main client liaison; monitor progress, budget, and quality; allocate resources; and prepare project documentation.

Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering with 2+ years of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a similar industry.
• Familiarity with ELV systems, automation, networking and integrated security solutions (CCTV, access control, and alarm systems).
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and objectives are met
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth workflow
• Act as the main liaison for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any issues or concerns promptly
• Monitor project progress, budget utilization, and quality standards to ensure compliance with agreed requirements
• Allocate resources effectively, including manpower and materials, to optimize project performance
• Prepare and maintain project-related documentation, reports, and records
• Identify potential risks or challenges and implement appropriate solutions to keep projects on track
• Support other project-related tasks or assignments as required
