Job summary

Julian Grey Corporate Advisory Pte. Ltd. represents a well-established security and protection solutions provider. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, execute and close service projects within approved budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities include leading project teams, coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders, managing scope, quality and milestones, and ensuring thorough documentation and compliance with specifications.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in Electronics, Communications Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience; candidates with relevant qualifications but less experience may also be considered.
• Basic technical knowledge of ELV, automation, networking and physical security systems, including CCTV, card access and alarm systems.
• Must have own transport (car or motorcycle) for site travel.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and complete service projects within the approved schedule and budget.
• Lead project teams and ensure activities are aligned with project objectives and deliverables.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and coordinate with internal teams and other stakeholders to manage expectations, address escalations, and meet project milestones and deadlines.
• Ensure projects are delivered according to the agreed scope, technical specifications, quality standards and budget.
• Delegate tasks, allocate resources and monitor project progress.
• Maintain accurate and complete project documentation.
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned.

Education
