Job summary

You will drive NPI and product transfer activities, coordinating timelines and resources across functions. Responsibilities include ECN coordination, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, CAPA, and maintaining manufacturing records.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years of relevant work experience in PCBA, EMS or related electronics manufacturing environment.
• Diploma in Electronics Engineering.
• Knowledge in ISO 13485 / FDA requirement.

Responsibilities

• Planned and managed end-to-end projects for fully assembled products, overseeing timelines, resource coordination, and production readiness.
• Led New Product Introduction (NPI) and product transfer activities, ensuring smooth transition from product development to mass production.
• Supported product engineering activities, including ECN coordination, technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, CAPA, and resolution of production issues.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to coordinate project execution, address challenges, and meet customer requirements.
• Prepared, reviewed, and maintained comprehensive product documentation, including FAA, quality plans, and manufacturing records.
