Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Project Director (Electrical) to lead large-scale electrical and multi-disciplinary projects at our Changi site.

You will drive strategic execution, manage budgets, contracts and commercial performance while mentoring Project Managers and engineering teams.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 10+ years of project delivery experience; PE status will be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall strategic, financial and operational execution of large-scale electrical and multi-disciplinary projects
• Oversee multiple electrical projects or large-scale project portfolios from commencement to final handover
• Manage project budgets, profitability, cost forecasting and commercial performance
• Lead negotiations for major client contracts and subcontract packages
• Oversee variation orders, claims, commercial risks and dispute matters
• Manage resource planning, manpower allocation and major vendor strategies
• Act as the senior escalation point for clients, developers, main contractors and authorities
• Ensure project quality, safety, compliance and governance requirements are met
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Senior Project Managers and engineering teams
• Drive project performance, productivity and continuous improvement initiatives

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
