Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead the strategic, financial and operational execution of large-scale electrical and multi-disciplinary projects in Singapore.

You will oversee end-to-end delivery, manage budgets and negotiate major contracts within a dynamic portfolio. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of experience in electrical design and project delivery, with preference for hyperscale, utilities, industrial, or airport projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic, financial and operational execution of large-scale electrical and multi-disciplinary projects.
Oversee multiple electrical projects or portfolios from start to handover.
Manage project budgets, profitability, forecasting and commercial performance.
Lead negotiations for major client contracts and subcontract packages.
Oversee variation orders, claims, commercial risks and dispute matters.
Manage resource planning, manpower allocation and vendor strategies.
Act as senior escalation point for clients, developers, main contractors and authorities.
Ensure project quality, safety, compliance and governance requirements are met.
Lead and mentor Project Managers and engineering teams.
Drive project performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
