The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Project Director (Electrical) to lead large-scale electrical and multidisciplinary projects in Singapore, based at Changi.
A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and 10 years of experience in electrical design and project delivery are required. You will oversee projects from initiation to handover, manage budgets and commercial performance, and lead negotiations for client contracts and subcontract packages.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in electrical design and project delivery.
- Experience in mission-critical, utility, industrial or airport projects preferred.
- PE or related professional status advantageous.
Responsabilités
- Lead strategic, financial and operational execution of large electrical projects.
- Oversee multiple projects or portfolios from start to handover.
- Manage budgets, profitability, cost forecasting and commercial performance.
- Lead negotiations for client contracts and subcontract packages.
- Ensure safety, quality, governance and compliance requirements are met.
- Mentor Project Managers and engineering teams; drive performance and improvement.
