Job summary

You will oversee planning, execution, budgets, and final handover, coordinating with clients, contractors and engineering teams to ensure safety, quality and compliance. Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical project design and delivery.
• Experience in large-scale electrical, mission-critical, utility, industrial or airport projects.
• Experience reviewing electrical and vendor technical drawings.
• Experience managing project budgets, commercial matters and senior project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall delivery of large-scale electrical and multi-disciplinary engineering projects.
• Oversee project planning, execution, commercial performance and final handover.
• Manage project budgets, profitability, cost forecasting and resource allocation.
• Lead major contract negotiations, subcontract packages and commercial discussions.
• Oversee variation orders, claims, project risks and contractual matters.
• Manage senior project managers, engineering teams and project resources.
• Act as the key project representative for clients, contractors, consultants and relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure project quality, safety and compliance requirements are achieved.
• Drive project performance and operational efficiency across the project team.
