Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in facilities engineering, utilities, or maintenance management.
• Knowledge of electrical distribution, HVAC, utilities, and building systems.
• Experience in project management, vendor management, and maintenance planning.
• Tech-savvy with CMMS, IoT, digital monitoring, and AI-enabled maintenance tools.
• Manufacturing industry experience is a plus.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced FacilitiesEngineering Manager (Electrical & Utilities) to oversee the maintenance,reliability, and continuous improvement of facility infrastructure and utilitysystems. The role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, anduninterrupted operation of electrical, HVAC, compressed air, water, gas, andother building systems while driving predictive maintenance, energyoptimization, and facility improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Facilities & Maintenance

• Manage preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs for facility and utility systems.
• Ensure reliability and compliance of electrical, HVAC, compressed air, plumbing, and other building services.
• Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvement.

Utilities & Energy Management

• Manage HT/LT electrical systems, substations, energy monitoring, water, and gas supply systems.
• Ensure uninterrupted utility services and identify energy-saving opportunities.
• Support sustainability and cost-reduction initiatives.

Digitalization & Reliability

• Implement IoT- and AI-driven maintenance solutions to improve equipment reliability and maintenance efficiency.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs, equipment uptime, and recovery performance.
• Support development of AI-driven Maintenance Work Processes (MWP).

Projects & Vendor Management

• Lead facility upgrades, repair projects, and infrastructure improvements.
• Review and approve vendor technical submissions and electrical designs.
• Manage contractors and vendors to ensure compliance, quality, safety, budget, and schedule requirements.

Integrated Facilities Management (IFM)

• Support IFM implementation to streamline maintenance operations and improve service delivery.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and cost optimization initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 5-8 years of experience in facilities engineering, utilities, or maintenance management.
• Knowledge of electrical distribution, HVAC, utilities, and building systems.
• Experience in project management, vendor management, and maintenance planning.
• Tech-savvy with familiarity in CMMS, IoT, digital monitoring, and AI-enabled maintenance tools.
• Manufacturing industry experience a plus
