Job summary

RECRUITPEDIA PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to support our client's development by overseeing the reliability and upkeep of electrical, mechanical and building-related infrastructure across facilities.

You will coordinate planned maintenance, review technical proposals and drawings, and work with contractors to ensure safety, quality and timely project progress. Candidates should hold a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of five

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant engineering experience in facilities or building services.
• Practical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the reliability and upkeep of electrical, mechanical and building-related infrastructure.
• Coordinate planned maintenance activities and follow up on outstanding engineering issues to minimize operational disruptions.
• Monitor the performance of essential building services and utility systems, identifying potential risks and improvement opportunities.
• Work closely with contractors and service providers on repair, upgrading and improvement works.
• Review technical proposals, drawings and work submissions to ensure they meet project, safety and engineering requirements.
• Track contractor performance, work quality, safety standards and project progress.
• Support initiatives involving equipment monitoring, digital maintenance tools, automation and data-driven engineering solutions.
• Analyse maintenance and operational data to identify opportunities for improving reliability, efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Assist in monitoring energy consumption and utility performance, with a focus on reducing wastage and improving operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across different engineering disciplines to resolve facility-related issues.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
