Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead and manage electrical construction for semiconductor fab and cleanroom environments.

You will oversee HV/MV/LV power distribution, substations, UPS and emergency power, ensuring safety, cost, and schedule milestones. You will coordinate with mechanical, controls, process, and tool hookup teams, review design packages, drive energization readiness, and hand over to operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• 8–12+ years of electrical engineering in semiconductor fab, cleanroom, or high‑tech industrial projects.
• Proven experience leading power distribution, UPS, and critical electrical systems through commissioning and handover.
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety and reliability principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical discipline oversight for fab electrical systems.
• Coordinate with Mechanical, I&C/Controls, CSA, Process and tool hookups.
• Manage energization planning and cleanroom readiness.
• Review as-built drawings, O&M manuals, turnover packages.
• Ensure safety and compliance with Electrical Standards and fab milestones.
