Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, with minimally 6-12 years related professional experience in buildings services.
• Strong background in building electrical design within a consulting environment.
• A strong interest in working on innovative, energy efficient and sustainable projects.
• You should be pro-active with the ability to work independently or part of a team and possess good communication skills.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, proven business development and account management skills.

Responsibilities

• Project involvement from initial scoping through detailed design and commissioning and handover across a wide variety of projects, including preparation of technical specifications, reports, and estimates.
• Involved in tender preparation and negotiations with clients to achieve commercially profitable business objectives.
• Engage directly with clients and colleagues to deliver successful outcomes to contribute to work winning and market development.
• Provide client consultation by drawing on professional expertise and deep knowledge of Aurecons consultancy services.
