REFINE ENGINEERING (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Manager to lead mechanical/electrical projects in Singapore.

You will oversee tender submissions, detailed planning, and execution while managing costs and technical requirements. You will review AutoCAD and BIM shop drawings and coordinate with government agencies, consultants, and developers. Fresh graduates may apply for junior roles, with senior positions available.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership, planning and execution capabilities.
• Positive working attitude with high level of professionalism and integrity.
• Client focused, able to build and manage client relationships.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; Mandarin preferred for Mandarin-speaking clients.
• At least 5 years of experience in related engineering fields.

Responsabilidades

Job Description:

Overall project management, including tender submission, project planning, execution, and T&C.

Oversee project(s) progress and performance.

Conduct weekly project progress meetings (office and work site).

Evaluate executional feasibility, cost and technical requirements on client design proposals, specifications

Review mechanical and electrical services shop drawings in AutoCAD and BIM drawings.

Liaison with governmental agencies, consultants, and project developers.

Build and maintain key client relationships.

Identify, gather and manage necessary resources to complete the project, including preparation of complex engineering standards, design and work specifications, project schedules, budgets and forecasts; material and equipment utilization, project staff and external contractor coordination.

Instill and build Learning Culture in the firm.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical) or equivalent
• Demonstrated leadership, planning and executional capabilities.

• Client focused, able to build and manage client relationships
• Required skill(s): AutoCad, MS Project, BIM Software
• Required language(s): English and Mandarin (Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.)
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in related fields (Engineering - Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent)
