Job summary

JOHN HOLLAND ELECTRICAL & SERVICE PTE LTD is seeking an experienced M&E professional to handle preparation of BQ, design & build projects, and drawing/layout tasks. The role requires strong communication and organisational skills to coordinate multiple projects in Singapore.

You will prepare design calculations, optimise solutions, and lead project meetings while ensuring timely documentation and compliance with local codes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 yrs of hands-on M&E experience in construction, LTA projects or mixed development.
• Familiarity with Singapore codes such as SS638(CP5), SS650, SS555.
• Hands-on AutoCAD drawing experience preferred.
• BIM knowledge with Revit/Navisworks is advantageous.
• Consultancy experience is preferred.
• Possess strong organisational and follow-up skills, meticulous.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.

• Prepare design calculations incl voltage drop, short circuit current etc.
• Support multiple M&E projects concurrently.
• Lead project meetings and work with team members to achieve the deliverables on-time.
• Ensure drawings & documents are well maintained & stored in a timely manner.
• Other adhoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 yrs of relevant hands-opn M&E experience in construction industry, LTA projects, mixed development etc.
• Need to be familiar with Singapore codes such as SS638(CP5), SS650, SS555 etc.
• Hands-on experience in AutoCAD drawings is preferred.
• Familiarity in BIM (Revit/Navisworks) is advantageous.
• Having consultancy experience is preferred/advantageous.
• Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, meticulous.
• Good communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner.
• At least 2 to 3 year(s) working experience in the related field is required for this position.
