The role involves supervising on-site electrical installations, conducting site inspections, testing, and commissioning, and managing schedules and budgets for the electrical scope.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and approve electrical drawings, load calculations, specifications, and material submittals.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
• Coordinate with architectural, civil, and mechanical teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
• Supervise and monitor on-site electrical installations to ensure quality and adherence to approved designs.
• Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources related to the electrical scope.
• Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and as-built documentation.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, design discrepancies, and construction conflicts.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities for approvals and inspections.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior engineers and site personnel.
