Job summary

IPE Engineering Pte. Ltd. is seeking a diligent on-site professional to assist with project progress reporting, site coordination, and planning.

The role involves ensuring works align with drawings and specifications, coordinating with clients and main contractors, and managing site resources and documentation. You will participate in testing, commissioning of as-built systems, and preparation of tender quotations.

Responsibilities

• Follow up & prepare report on site work progress.
• Work closely with site personnel and co-ordination, planning of work.
• Ensure all works are carry out in accordance to drawings and specification.
• Meet and co-ordinate all aspects of works with Client and main contractor including attending site meetings.
• Control the use of site resources, monitor and control overall project cost.
• Responsible for all site documentation including correspondence and records.
• To assist in conducting testing and commissioning of the as-built system.
• Prepare and submit tender quotations.
