Advario Asia Pacific Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Senior Electrical, Instrumentation and Control (EI&C) Engineer to lead automation design and project execution in our terminal and processing facilities. You will design and develop automation systems, supervise safety-critical changes, and mentor technical staff while ensuring compliance with IEC, ISO, ATEX and NFPA standards.

The role requires at least 5 years of hands-on experience in refinery, terminal, or process plants and a strong

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years hands-on engineering in refinery, large marine terminals or process plants.
Strong knowledge of ICSS, PLC, BPCS, F&G SCS and SCS systems.
Proven experience with process control algorithms and instrumentation calibration.
Familiarity with ISA-88/ISA-95, OPC UA, Modbus TCP/IP.
Experience with automation tools/software from major vendors.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development and implementation of automation, control and instrumentation systems.
Evaluate Functional Design Specifications and supervise changes to Integrated Control and Safety System.
Develop control strategies and integrate instrumentation into the automation framework.
Ensure compliance with IEC, ISO, ADTS standards and best practices; prioritize safety features.
Provide training and documentation; support operation teams and continuous improvement.
