Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a senior EHS professional to lead safety management across our projects in Singapore.

The role focuses on developing and maintaining EHS policies, ensuring compliance with WSH regulations, and conducting regular site inspections and risk assessments. The ideal candidate has at least 8 years in safety management, MOM WSH registration is preferred, and experience with ISO Integrated Management System.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Registered WSH Officer (WSHO) with MOM is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant safety management experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or industrial environments.
• Good knowledge of Singapore WSH legislation and industry practices.
• Able to manage multiple project sites located at various remote locations.
• Experience in ISO Integrated Management System.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s EHS policies, procedures, and safety management systems.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore WSH regulations, statutory requirements, and company standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Lead incident investigations and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Organise safety trainings, toolbox meetings, emergency drills, and awareness programmes.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities on safety matters.
• Monitor safety performance, prepare reports, and maintain proper safety documentation.
• Advise project teams and management on risk control measures and safe work practices.
• Promote a positive safety culture and continuous improvement across all worksites
