Job summary

GMP Technologies (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior EHS Leader to drive safety and environmental management across greenfield construction projects and subsequent manufacturing operations.

The role involves leading EHS strategy, ensuring compliance with WSH regulations, conducting risk assessments, and coordinating training and drills to strengthen safety culture across sites in Singapore. A minimum of 10 years in EHS is required, with leadership experience and MOM registrations preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Specialist Diploma in relevant discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of EHS experience in pharma, petrochemical or semiconductor cleanrooms.
• MOM-registered WSHO / FSM certification preferred.
• Strong construction EHS management and regulatory compliance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement EHS strategies and management systems for projects and operations.
• Ensure compliance with WSH, environmental, fire safety regulations and standards.
• Develop annual EHS objectives and monitor performance.
• Conduct risk assessments for construction activities and high-risk operations.
• Oversee contractor and supplier EHS compliance, including DfS.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Develop EHS training and emergency drills.
• Coordinate fire protection and CERT development.
• Manage environmental compliance, waste and emissions.
• Provide EHS guidance to management and stakeholders.
• Lead EHS team and strengthen safety culture.
